1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DeveloperLook CRM ("DevCRM," "the Service"), operated by DeveloperLook ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms govern your access to and use of our sales and marketing CRM platform, including the website, application at crm.developerlook.com, documentation, and related features and content.

2. Description of Service

DeveloperLook CRM is a sales and marketing platform that may include:

• Lead capture, scoring, enrichment, and management
• Visual pipeline and deal tracking
• Audience lists, email campaigns, and templates
• Unified mailbox and email sender connections
• No-code workflows, automations, and run logs
• Embeddable forms, live chat, and knowledge base tools
• Analytics, dashboards, and organization settings
• Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI agent integrations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account or join an organization workspace. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information so it remains accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and access tokens
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. Organization administrators are responsible for managing member access and permissions within their workspace.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including anti-spam and data protection laws
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, deceptive, or illegal content
• Send unsolicited bulk email or abuse email sending features
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission, except via documented APIs or MCP tools you are authorized to use
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service except where permitted by law
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose

5. Access, Plans, and Fees

5.1 Access to the Service

Core features of DeveloperLook CRM may be offered without a recurring subscription. We may introduce, change, or discontinue plans, usage limits, or paid options at any time. Any applicable fees, limits, or commercial terms will be communicated through the Service or our website.

5.2 Payments

If you purchase a paid plan or add-on, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we expressly state in writing.

5.3 Fair Use

We may apply reasonable usage limits or suspend access that harms platform stability, email deliverability, or other users. Abuse of sending, automation, imports, or integrations may result in rate limiting or account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DeveloperLook and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Customer Content solely as needed to provide and improve the Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, except as permitted by law.

7. Customer Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use information.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload or process through the Service complies with applicable laws (including privacy, marketing, and anti-spam rules) and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use such data.

When you connect third-party accounts (such as email providers) or authorize MCP clients, you instruct us to access and process data from those systems according to your configuration.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable access to the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure availability at all times.

We may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. Features that depend on third-party providers (email, AI models, enrichment APIs, and similar) may be affected by those providers' outages or policy changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeveloperLook and DeveloperLook CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if you have not paid any fees.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DeveloperLook and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or connected with your access to or use of the Service, your Customer Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. You may request deletion of account data, subject to our retention practices and legal obligations. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to DeveloperLook's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice before the new terms take effect, such as by posting an updated date on this page or notifying you through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
