Use the mailbox

  1. Read and reply

    Select a mailbox, open a thread, and reply. Gmail API senders can sync inbox; SMTP-only senders may be send-only until IMAP is configured.

  2. Compose

    Compose a new message from a connected sender to a lead or any address.

    Review Sent to confirm campaign and manual messages went out.

Tips

  • Connect IMAP on Custom SMTP senders if you need inbound sync for those addresses.
  • Keep outreach replies in mailbox so the team sees context without leaving DevCRM.
